Big wins for young Donegal jockeys in Dundalk

Two young Donegal jockeys recorded big wins yesterday in Dundalk.

In the 5:55 race, Rathmullan’s Luke McAteer rode the 7/2 ‘Amemri’ to victory for trainer David Marnane.

Later, at 8 o’clock, Ballyare native Patrick McGettigan landed a win on JJ Feane’s ‘Eighty Eight’ as a 6/1 shot.

A double on both Donegal jockeys to win those races yesterday would have given you 30/1.
