The Wilson family of Raphoe have issued a huge thank you after revealing they raised €144,160.00 at this year’s barndance!

The fantastic country dance on October attracted huge numbers to the family’s farm yard at Magherahane.

The dance, raffle and auction all added to the incredible total which will be a massive support to four local charities.

The Wilsons also raised an impressive €90,000 at their 2018 event.

“We are truly overwhelmed by the support received,” they said on the grand total reveal this week.

“Once again we want thank everyone who sponsored, donated, volunteered, and attended! Your support made this event truly remarkable for our four charities: The Donegal Hospice,BUMBLEance, Raphoe Community Playgroup and Raphoe Town Football Club.

“Wishing everyone a Happy and Peaceful Christmas.”
