Three people hospitalised after Cranford collision

Three people have been hospitalised after a road traffic collision in Cranford this afternoon.

The two-car accident took place on the R245 road between Cranford and Downings, at approximately 2:20pm.

Three people all aged in their 20s were injured in the collision, including both drivers, a man and a woman.

They were all rushed to Letterkenny University Hospital after the crash.

In a statement to Donegal Daily, Gardaí said that while the extent of their injuries is unknown, it’s understood that none of them are life-threatening.

Gardaí say their enquiries into the collision are ongoing.
