The Friends of Letterkenny University Hospital have announced the winners of their Christmas Hamper Draw.
The draw was a great success, raising over €12,000 according to the Chairman of Friends of LUH, Paddy Rooney.
That money will now go towards the development of new services in the hospital.
Paddy thanked all those who supported the draw either by selling tickets, purchasing tickets, facilitating ticket sales on their premises and by sponsoring prizes. He also gave special mention of Allen McCrea who coordinated the draw.
The results of the Friends of LUH Christmas Hamper Draw are as follows:
1st prize – Karl Lynam, Ballybofey (Washing Machine, sponsored by Crumlish Appliances, LK)
2nd prize – Pauric McGarvey, Ramelton (2 nights B&B in Rathmullan House, sponsored by Rathmullan House)
3rd prize – Marie Crossan, Ramelton (Christmas hamper, sponsored by Cosgrove’s Centra, Mountain Top, LK)
4th prize – Mary Heffernan, Gweedore, Derrybeg (€150 Shop LK voucher).
Mr. Rooney wished all the supporters of The Friends a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and said that he looks forward to their continued support in 2025.
