A developer is seeking permission to demolish a former town hall in south Donegal to make way for an apartment block.

C&C Property Investments Ltd has lodged plans with Donegal County Council for the proposed development at Lower Main Street, Mountcharles.

If granted, the new building will contain four two-bed apartments over three floors.
