The winning numbers were 2, 4, 5, 10, 16, 17 and the bonus was 23.

The total jackpot was €5,419,866 and the winner is the 11th Lotto jackpot winner of the year.

The National Lottery has said the winner should check their ticket carefully, sign the back of it and keep it somewhere safe.
