Four Masters 1-8 Rossa Gaels 0-10
The Rossa Gaels side from Derry were out of the blocks early and indeed took control in the early stages by racing to a 0-4 to 0-1 lead.
But the Donegal Town men never panicked.
They picked off the points and went in level at the break on a scoreline of four points apiece after a rousing first half comeback at St Paul’s

Conor McCahill was amongst the point scorers to help the Donegal side keep their noses on front.
But the Magherafelt side refused to lie down and continued to search for that elusive goal that would have made all the difference.
Master stretched out their lead midway throughout the second half and led by 1-8 to 0-6 at on stage but Gaels continued to plug away and brought the game back to just a single point on a scoreline of 1-8 to 0-10.
Magherafelt could have felt themselves somewhat unlucky as a last gap effort was deflected wide in the dying seconds of the game.
Masters hung on having weathered the storm and can consider themselves worthy champions once again.
