Glencolmcille’s Leeza Cunningham is celebrating after scooping the top prize of €25,000 in the Glenswilly GAA Club development draw.

The draw proved a huge success for the club taking in more than €370,000 in ticket sales.

The second prize of €10,000 went to Leah Doherty of Shandrum, Drumfies in Clonmany while the third prize of €5,000 went to Fiona Gallagher of Windmill View in Letterkenny.

There were also ten prize winners of €1,000 each.

Club chairman Barry Molloy told those who attended the club’s dinner dance at Letterkenny’s Station House Hotel that it is hoped more than €300,000 has now been raised from the draw.

All profits from the draw will go towards the development of club facilities for adults and children alike.

Congratulations to all for what proved to be a trojan effort from so many people across the entire Glenswilly GAA Club.
