Gritters will again be covering main routes in Donegal this evening.
Despite temperatures finally beginning to rise today, overnight the mercury is set to dip to between -1 and +1 degrees – with a weather warning for fog also issued tonight.
Donegal County Council has confirmed all designated Winter Maintenance Routes will be gritted from 7pm this evening, and again at 6am on Sunday morning.
The gritting route index as follows:

- 09: Cill Ulta East

- 14: Stranorlar East
- 15: Stranorlar West
- 16: Donegal West
- 17: Donegal North
- 18: Donegal South
- 19: Donegal National Secondary
