Sean MacCumhaills have opened their doors to residents of the Twin Towns and surrounding areas who may still need assistance following the destruction of Storm Eowyn.

Many people in the Twin Towns area are still without power days after Storm Eowyn destroyed infrastructure across the country.

With the assistance of Donegal County Council, Sean MacCumhaills will open their clubhouse for use as a Community Hub for anyone who needs electricity, internet access, a shower or just a place to grab a cup of tea and some support.

The club will be open today, Wednesday, from 12-4pm – and the club has appealed to any members who can spare time to volunteer to contact Miranda Byrne on 087 230 7148.

Anyone who needs to access the club’s services after 4pm can also contact Miranda to request access.
