Plans have been submitted to Donegal County Council for permission to build a new housing estate in Falcarragh.
Ballybofey-based McHugh Bros. Builders Ltd is proposing a 27-house development on their site at Church Road.
The proposal includes the construction of a four bedroom community group home as well as 26 houses consisting of ten three-beds and 16 two-bed dwellings.
