The Donegal Mountain Rescue Team (DMRT) took part in an operation on Muckish at the weekend.
The incident took place on Sunday.
“We were tasked by An Garda Síochána at 15:12 to an incident in Muckish that needed our assistance,” a DMRT spokesperson said.
“The team helped, then returned to base and were stood down at 19:05.”
