There are water outages in several parts of County Donegal, after mains water pipes burst overnight.

Numerous homes in the Moville and Killybegs areas are set to be without water for most of today as a result according to Uisce Eireann.

The Moville outage is affecting premises in the Glencrow Road, Glencrow Business Park and the surrounding areas, with repair works scheduled to take place until 6pm this evening.

Meanwhile, the Killybegs outage is affecting the Donegal Road, Church Road and surrounding areas.

Uisce Eireann are advising that repairs in Killybegs are scheduled to be finished by 8:30pm this evening.

You can keep track of any updates via Uisce Eireann’s online tracker.
