A new counselling service has been established in Letterkenny.

You-nique Counselling offers therapy to adults, adolescents and children.

Using an integrative approach model, we can support people with a wide range of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, past trauma, personal struggles or just to gain a deeper sense of self clarity.

While working with children and young people, we use creative and play approach to support the young person in expressing their difficult emotions and resolving them. While working with children we stay closely connected to the primary caregivers in order to ensure progress is being made with the presenting issues.

Entering into a therapeutic relationship can be daunting at times. Here at You-Nique Counselling, our counselling space is warm, relaxing and comfortable. With fully qualified and fully registered Counsellors, your therapeutic experience will be safe, effective and progressive.
