Garda appeal after car causes ‘substantial’ damage to wall

Gardaí are appealing for information after a car crashed into a garden wall near Ballybofey at the weekend, causing substantial damage.

The incident occurred at Goland in the early hours of Saturday between approximately 4 am and 4.30am.

It is believed that a vehicle collided with the front garden wall of a house in that area between those times and substantial damage was caused as a result. 

“We appeal to anyone who may have been in the area with a dash-cam to make the footage available to Gardaí,” Garda Claire Rafferty said.
