A man was injured following an alleged assault that occurred in Donegal Town at the weekend.
The incident took place at The Diamond, at the bus stop side, in the early hours of Sunday, sometime between 3.30am and 3.45am. A man is believed to have
been assaulted by another man at that location between those times. Injuries were sustained, none of which are believed to be life threatening in nature.
