Clocks set to move forward tonight as daylight saving time begins

Get ready for an hour less of sleep tonight, as clocks are set to jump forward.

Daylight saving time begins tonight, ahead of the longer Summer evenings.

Clocks will go forward by an hour overnight tonight, at 1am on the 30th of March.

While your tech such as your phone or laptop should jump forward automatically – it may be worth setting a reminder to tweak your physical clocks and watches once Sunday morning comes around.

Clocks will hop back by one hour again on the final Sunday of October.
