Gardaí say they have seized two cars found to be on the road without insurance in Carndonagh.
The seizures were made within hours of each other yesterday.
The first vehicle was taken off the road after it was found to not have insuranc, however the second seizure was more serious.
Gardaí say the driver of the second vehicle also did not have a driving licence, tax or NCT as well as not being insured.
After the seizures, both drivers will now face court appearances.
“Do not drive unless your documents are in order. Never take unnecessary risks on the roads,” Gardaí said.
