Young Stranorlar weightlifter Jake Coleman has taken home two national titles.
He dominated in his class at the recent AIPO National Championships.
The 19-year-old took national titles and gold medals in both the bench and deadlift in his categories.
The superb performance has now qualified Jake for both the European and World Powerlifting Championships.
He will now join the Irish team travelling to the WPC/AWPC Championships in Krakow, Poland in June.
