Gardaí investigating after caravan burnt out in Letterkenny

Gardaí have launched an investigation after a caravan was set on fire in Letterkenny.

They were alerted to the incident by the Fire Service, who attended the scene at a yard on the Neil T Blaney Road ahourtly after midnight on Sunday morning, the 13th of April.

The fire was brought under control, but the caravan was burnt out in the process.

Gardaí have now launched a criminal damage investigation into the incident.

Anyone with relevant information, or who was travelling on the Neil T Blaney road between midnight and 00:20am on Sunday and has a dash-cam, has been asked to contact Letterkenny Garda Station.
