Plans have been submitted to Donegal County Council for a new coffee dock in Ballybofey.
Stephen and Louise Patton are seeking permission for the proposed development at the ‘Igloo’ premises on Trusk Road.
The application includes a ‘change of use’ from office space building No.1 to a commercial retail area, including a takeaway coffee dock.
They are also seeking permission for a change of use from commercial retail area building No.2 to office space.
