Donegal County Council  has confirmed their traffic lights in Letterkenny could be out of action until next Tuesday.

The lights at Port Road, Justice Walsh Road, High Road and Main Street are currently not working.

“These could be out of action until Tuesday 22nd April, or longer, if parts need to be ordered,” a council spokesperson said.

“Please proceed with caution when passing these lights and be courteous to other vehicles.”

The lights had initially gone out due to a power cut in the town this morning.
