Appeal for witnesses made after window of car smashed in Lifford

Gardaí are looking for witnesses after the window of a car was smashed in broad daylight in Lifford last week.

The incident occurred at The Diamond in Lifford, on the afternoon of Wednesday the 16th of April.

Gardaí say that the rear window of a car parked there was smashed, in the short period between 1pm and 1:05pm.

They are appealing to any witnesses to contact them at Letterkenny Garda Station, on 074 91 67 100.

They are also asking anyone who was in the area around that time with a dashcam, to make the footage available.
