The Central Hotel, Donegal is delighted to announce Farm to Fork, a unique evening celebrating the power of regenerative farming, taking place on Sunday, 4th May 2025.

This special event will shine a light on how sustainable practices from soil to supper can transform not only our food but our communities. Guests will enjoy a delicious, thoughtfully curated menu by Chef Odhran, showcasing fresh, local produce from producers who share a passion for organic and ethical farming.

The evening will also feature a talk by Barrie Quinn of Portnoo Market Garden, who will share his journey into regenerative agriculture. After returning from working on a large-scale farm in Australia, Barrie established his own small-scale, chemical-free farm in 2020. Today, he grows high-quality fruit and vegetables for the local area, while using his popular social media platforms to inspire others to grow their own and embrace sustainable living all with his trademark humour and authenticity.

This is more than just a meal, it’s a chance to connect with your food, meet the farmer, and be part of a conversation around sustainability, health, and local resilience.

Whether you’re a foodie, a farmer, or simply curious, Farm to Fork promises a night of good food, great company, and inspiring ideas.
