About Us:
Irwin Consulting Ltd is a well-established quantity surveying and project consultancy firm serving clients across Donegal and the Northwest. We are expanding our services and seeking a skilled and motivated Building Surveyor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out building surveys (residential, commercial, insurance-related).
- Prepare condition and structural reports.
- Conduct snag lists and building inspections.
- Advise clients on compliance, maintenance and refurbishments.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and clients.
- Prepare technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
- 2+ years experience in surveying or construction inspections.
- Knowledge of Irish building regulations.
- Strong report-writing and client-facing skills.
- SCSI or RICS membership (or working toward it) preferred.
- Full driving licence.
