A ‘Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride’ in Donegal Town will be a sight to behold next Sunday, as dapper gents (and ladies!) hop on their classic motorcycles for charity.
This stylish motorcycle run is part of a global movement raising funds and awareness for men’s health issues, specifically prostate cancer research and mental health. There are seven taking place in Ireland and almost 1,000 worldwide.
Over the past three years, Donegal has seen a great turnout of riders trading their leathers for tweeds, and this year is expected to be no different.
Riders will gather in The Diamond at 12 noon. They will then follow a low-speed scenic route of approximately 24 km, taking in Harvey’s Point, Salthill Cabin, and back again to The Diamond for around 3:30pm.

Inspired by the iconic Don Draper from Mad Men, this themed ride is a unique way for motorcycle enthusiasts to connect while supporting a worthy cause.
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is a global phenomenon, with over 67,000 riders registered so far and more joining every day.
