The Letterkenny Hospital Golf Society held Mr. Dessie Ferry’s President’s Day at Barnhill Golf Club in beautiful conditions last Friday.
Hugh McClafferty rolled back the years to shoot a brilliant 44 Stableford points, five clear of the rest of the field.
Monica McDonagh was runner-up on an excellent 39points with Kieran Doherty third on 38points .
2025 Society Captain Joe Blake was the Section One winner with Mickey Ferry and Cecilia Doran taking the top spot in Sections Two and Three.
President Dessie thanked the members for supporting his day in big numbers, he also thanked the club’s green keepers for having the course in such fine condition and also Noreen and her staff in the clubhouse for looking after the members with excellent food and service after their round.
