Line-up revealed for the Relay for Life Donegal International Car Push!

The grid’s set and the drivers, gyms and dealers have been announced for the Donegal International Car Push 2025!

On Wednesday 21st May, eleven teams will be pushing eleven cars 5km through Letterkenny to raise funds for Relay for Life Donegal.

It’s not horsepower, it’s people power!

A large turnout is expected to cheer on the teams and celebrity drivers on the gruelling course.

There’s lots to look forward to, with DJ Tubbsy and a special guest warming up the crowd, plus The Kitchen will have the BBQ all fired up!

Fundraising is well underway at each gym and dealership,

Here’s the line-up:

1. Kelly’s Toyota & Speer Performance. Driver : Rachel McLaughlin, Donegal Daily/ Donegal Woman.
2. Connolly’s Volkswagen & ATU Donegal Sports Centre. Driver : Jimmy Stafford, Letterkenny Chamber President.
3. Highland Motors & Ferry Fit. Driver : Michéal Brennan, Donegal Daddy.
4. iMotors & Pro-Fitness. Driver : Eric Roberts, Ireland’s Best Social Media Star 2025.
5. McGinley Motors & MC Fitness. Driver : Paddy Browne, The Viking Dippers.
6. DMG Motors & HUP Fitness. Driver : TBA.
7. Hegartys Ford & Aoife McGill PT. Driver : Ena Barrett, Relay for Life.
8. Kelly’s Lexus & TBA. Driver : Avril Roulston, Caffeine Hiker.
9. Diver’s Hyundai & Mt Errigal Leisure Centre, Driver : Emma Murray, Stylist.
10. Diver’s Hyundai & Rushe Fitness. Driver : John Breslin, Highland Radio.
11. Barry Browne Cars & BMS Warehouse Gym. Driver : Clare O’Donnell, Mary from Dungloe.

The route will be as follows: starting point at Divers’ Hyundai onto the Neil T. Blaney Road, turning left at the Joe Bonner Road traffic lights, joining the Port Road again, turning left at the Station House Roundabout and then passing the Community Centre again back to the starting point at Divers’ for a second lap.

Everyone is welcome to stand along the route and witness eleven gyms, eleven car dealers, and eleven drivers steer towards one goal – to be the fastest in town!

Relay for Life Donegal takes place at the ATU Letterkenny Campus from 4 PM on Saturday, May 24th, to 4 PM on Sunday, May 25th, 2025. All welcome.
