An investigation is underway after a vacant house in Lifford was damaged by vandals last weekend.

Five windows at a property at Curraghalane were smashed sometime between 6pm on Friday, 9th May, and 5.30pm on Saturday, 10th May. The damage was only recently discovered by the property owner.

Gardaí are keen to speak with anyone who may have been in the Curraghalane area during those times and noticed anything suspicious.

If anybody has any relevant information, they are asked to contact Letterkenny Garda Station on 074-9167100.
