Last weekend saw the Sliabh Liag adventure runs and with some testing weather conditions for the 25k and 50k distances.
Rosses AC interest was in the 25k event, a 2 loop race with over 1000m of elevation. This event turned into a 3 way battle between Rosses duo Kenn Bates , Paul McKelvey and Colin Dean. Kenn took the initiative in the last of the downhill sections to open up a lead which he held to take a great win with Paul McKelvey making it a Rosses 1,2 just 30 seconds behind with Dean 3rd. Great job lads congrats.
