Three Donegal men were named in the GAA.ie Team of the Week for their performance in the loss to Tyrone.
In somewhat of a flat team performance in MacCumhaill Park, Michael Langan, Michael Murphy, and Brendan McCole were rewarded with a place among the best 15 in the country.
Langan was the standout player for Jim McGuinness’ side, kicking a huge seven points from play.
As always, Murphy was central to all good Donegal plays. He clocked up an impressive eight points from placed balls, including three from outside the arc.
McCole was given the unenviable task of marking Darragh Canavan, but he kept him scoreless from play.
