Vacancy: Lynch Brothers Plant Hire seek HSEQ Administrator

Lynch brothers Plant Hire are seeking a HSEQ Administrator.
Location: Buncrana Office
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in a Similar Role

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)? We’re looking for a dedicated HSEQ Administrator to support our HSEQ Manager in driving a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

As HSEQ Administrator, you will work closely with and provide support to the HSEQ Manager on a wide range of duties, including:

  • Assisting with New Entrant Training, including role-specific coaching and inductions.
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of Safety Briefings.
  • Helping manage Safety Reporting, such as near misses and good catches.
  • Assisting in the coordination of all training activities, and maintaining the Training Matrix and Profiles.
  • Supporting Incident/Accident Investigations and compiling reports.
  • Participating in Site Audits, including HSEQ, Documentation, and Quality Audits.
  • Assisting with the maintenance and continual improvement of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Helping review and update Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Organising and tracking training renewals.
  • Supporting the maintenance of online platforms for contractor and safety management (EcoOnline, iAuditor, SafetyCulture, SkillKo, eTenders, CISS, etc.).
  • Assisting with the issuing and recording of PPE and Safety Equipment.
  • Supporting procurement of safety supplies (first aid kits, spill kits, etc.)
  • Helping to coordinate the servicing and calibration of safety-related equipment (Fire Extinguishers, CATs, Cable Height Meters, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HSEQ or safety administration role.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and HSEQ best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This role offers flexibility and can be structured as either a full-time or part-time position, depending on the successful candidate’s availability and experience.
