A group of businesses from across Letterkenny have come together to renew the Go Visit Letterkenny campaign.

The campaign aims to promote the town as “The Heart of Donegal”, and showcase Letterkenny as an ideal base for any tourist wishing to discover what County Donegal has to offer.

Many of Letterkenny’s hotels, hospitality venues, activity providers and retailers have teamed up to showcase the town’s unique experiences, attractions, and hospitality making it a vibrant destination for any visitors along the Wild Atlantic Way.

The group are also open to any other business owners who wishes to join the Go Visit Letterkenny campaign to help amplify the renewed tourism marketing effort..

Go Visit Letterkenny committee member, Brian Gallagher from the Station House Hotel said:

“We’re working hard as a group to help promote Letterkenny as more than just a stop-off – it’s a destination in its own right. There’s a renewed sense of enthusiasm and collaboration among local businesses with this campaign, which is great to see. With such a wide range of things to see and do, we’re reminding people that Letterkenny is the perfect base for visitors looking to explore the best of Donegal and the Wild Atlantic Way.”

This revived collaboration has also been warmly welcomed by Letterkenny Councillor Ciaran Brogan:

“It’s great to see the business community coming together again with such energy and purpose. The group is working closely with Donegal County Council and we’re already seeing great engagement from across the town. We’re encouraging all businesses who share our vision to join us in promoting everything that makes Letterkenny special.”
