- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to meet deadlines.
- Lead, train, and evaluate a team of precast production operatives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and address operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Maintain production equipment and oversee preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in precast or concrete manufacturing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Someone with the confidence and initiative to assess existing processes and introduce new, smarter ways of working.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A team player who works well with other departments and understands the value of collaboration.
- Solid understanding of production equipment, quality control, and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, based on experience.
- The opportunity to make a real impact on how our business operates.
- A collaborative work environment where your input is valued.
