Síoraí in Carndonagh are looking for customers to give feedback as they look to improve their service to the community
The store sells preloved and “upcycled” products, including ladies’, men’s, and children’s fashion, as well as shoes, toys, books, homewares, and furniture – and is owned by local social enterprise Spraoi agus Spórt.
It is part of Spraoi agus Spórt’s circular economy initiatives, which encourages people to shop more sustainably within their local area.
All funds from the store’s sales are used to provide activities and services that help children and young people in the community reach their full potential. In particular, they fund special needs assistance to enable children of all abilities to participate. Síoraí stores are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
Síoraí have launched a two-minute customer customer impact survey to help improve their offering to the community – with two €25 store vouchers on offer in a draw for anyone that takes part.
Lorraine Carey, Circular Economy Hub Lead for Spraoi agus Spórt, says that: “We will harness this feedback to help improve Síoraí’s services, layout, and community impact. All completed entries will be included in a prize draw.”
“The shops are part of Spraoi agus Spórt’s growing circular economy hub, focused on sustainability, inclusion, and social enterprise.”
“We’re incredibly proud of how far Síoraí has come,” says Lorraine. “But we want to do even more — and we need our customers to help shape what’s next.”
Customers can complete the survey by visiting www.spraoiagussport.ie or scanning the QR code in-store or below. The survey closes on June 20th.
