Warehouse extension to provide storage for defective block home owners

Permission is being sought for an extension to a warehousing facility in Letterkenny.

According to the application for the proposed development at Kiltoy, the additional space will be used to provide storage for owners of defective block homes.

Secure Storage Services Letterkenny Limited is proposing to construct two extensions to its existing storage centre.

“We are supportive of this application in light of the current ongoing Defective Blocks issue in Donegal and the need for more storage solutions for families going through the remediation process,” the applicant’s architect stated.

Council planners are due to make a decision on the application by the end of the month.
