Some Letterkenny schools to finish early this Friday due to rally traffic

Traffic delays expected in Letterkenny this Friday has prompted several schools in the town to announce earlier closures to accommodate bus services.

McGettigan Travel has coordinated with local schools, Scoil Cholmcille, Scoil Mhuire Gan Smál, and Gaelscoil Adhamhain, to ensure all children finish school at the earlier time of 2pm this Friday 20th June.

This adjustment will allow McGettigan Travel drivers additional time to complete their home drop-offs.

The travel company has thanked schools for their cooperation in accommodating the schedule change.

The Donegal International Rally is expected to bring a large volume of traffic to the town throughout the weekend.

Parents and guardians are asked to take note of the changes:
