Despite having a lot of the play and creating a number of chances, Kevin McHugh’s side just couldn’t break the deadlock.
The Harps boss hinted last week that he needs a striker in the transfer window and such an addition can’t come quick enough.
The Ballybofey side sit just a point above bottom placed Athlone thanks to no les than seeven draws out of their 18 games played to date with just thre wins.
And it’s not going to get any easier.
