The Little Angels School in Letterkenny os to get two additional teachers
Minister for Special Education Michael Moynihan TD has confirmed to Pat the Cope Gallagher TD, that the school is to have two additional teaching posts on foot of notification of enrolments received by the school management.
All pupils have now been offered places and demands are met for Special School places in the county.
Pat the Cope Gallagher has thanked the parents for their continuous pressure culminating in an agreement with the HSE that four modular classrooms in addition to the new school are to be used thus ensuring all pupils are accommodated.
Deputy Gallagher added that this a good example of how progress can be made when we all work together.
