We are seeking a friendly, organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as temporary training administrator to cover maternity leave.
Job Title: Training Administrator
Job Location: Knock, Ballybofey, Co Donegal
Employment Type: Maternity Leave Cover (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions and events.
- Manage training calendars and communicate schedules to participants and trainers.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and handouts.
- Maintain and update training records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Ensure compliance with training policies and procedures.
- Send out training invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as required.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Duration:
This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, with an expected duration of 8 months.
