The 45th MacGill Summer School will explore the theme of ‘A Fractured World’ in Glenties between July 17th and 19th next.

More than 40 speakers will address the three day school.

The speakers will include Minister Thomas Byrne TD, Minister Dr. Caoimhe Archibald MLA and Attorney General Rossa Fanning.

Other speakers include Mark Little, Media Entrepreneur;  Dan O’Brien, Chief Economist IIEA and Ruadhán Mac Cormaic, Editor of the Irish Times.

The MacGill Summer School, in association with University of Notre Dame, is Ireland’s international forum for thought leaders to discuss the critical issues facing Ireland, Europe and our world.

It was founded over forty years ago by Dr. Joe Mulholland.

With a potential trade war with the U.S. on the horizon and conflict around the globe, how can Ireland and Europe navigate this increasing fractured world.

Sessions include: Ireland’s Business Model 2.0 , Caught in the Crossfire: Ireland, Trump and the China Dilemma, Man Made: Masculinity, Media & Power and Northern Ireland in a Fractured World.
