A mother and her son have used the occasion of their birthdays to raise more than €3,000 for the North West Cancer Clinic in Letterkenny.
The money was raised by generous donations from family and friends in McBride’s lounge in Castlefin at a joint party to celebrate Kathleen O’Hagan’s 90th and Cyril’s 50th birthday.
The chosen charity was a mark of gratitude from Ballindrait woman Kathleen to the staff at the clinic who provided her with great care and support while she battled breast cancer. The O’Hagan family would like to thank all their family and friends and local businesses who contributed to this great charity.
