An investigation is underway after a wooden hut was burnt in the Celtic Prayer Garden at the White Oaks Rehabilitation Centre in Muff.
Gardaí are seeking to speak to three youths who were seen at the scene of the fire on Tuesday the 1st of July between 3.50pm and 4.10pm.
The trio were on scooters, says garda spokesperson Niall Maguire.
Gardaí are interested in hearing from anyone who may have travelled in that area between 3.30pm and 4.30pm with a dash-cam.
“If anyone observed three youths on scooters in that area around that time, we ask them to please get in touch with Gardaí in Buncrana on 074-9320540. Alternatively, the Garda Confidential Line may be contacted on 1800 666 111 with any relevant information,” said Garda Maguire.
