Plans have been submitted to Donegal County Council for five new planning pods in Downings.
Pacific Construction Ltd is also seeking permission for a communal facilities building and the installation of a wastewater treatment system at the Atlantic Drive, Downies.
Planners are due to make a decision on the application by the first week of September.
