Rathmullan’s Oisin Orr storms to victory at Haydock Park

Rathmullan jockey Oisin Orr took a victory during Friday’s race meeting at the historic Haydock Park racecourse in England yesterday evening.

It marks yet more success for Orr along with established trainer Richard Fahey.

Orr was victorious in the 5:35pm Old Boston Fillies’ Handicap yesterday, aboard the 100/30 rated Sharon Curly.

Oisin lead from the start, and did enough to get to the finishing post in the lead holding off a strong field of contenders.

His win marked yet more success for Donegal’s jockeys this week, as Letterkenny’s Dylan Browne McMonagle also scored a double at Down Royal on Friday.
