LONDONDERRY PORT & HARBOUR COMMISSIONERS – INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF THREE SOLAR PV SYSTEMS.

Londonderry Port & Harbour Commissioners (LPHC) was established in 1854 and over the last 171 years has played a major role in driving economic activity in the region as the key marine gateway to the Northwest of Ireland for both commerce and tourism.  Over the last two decades, LPHC has achieved sustained growth whilst helping to secure approximately £100 million of inward investment to the Northwest region. LPHC operates under the Foyle Port brand.

Foyle Port would like to invite tenders for the design, procurement & installation of three distinct roof mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, together with the provision of related services.

All bidders interested in participating in this opportunity must register their interest via email, providing details for the relevant point of contact within the tender organisation. Bidders that register in this way will be provided with the relevant tender documents and all clarifications will be circulated to the email address provided at registration. Bidders that do not register in this way may not receive clarification responses.

Tender documentation can be requested from solartender@foyleport.com

Tender responses must be returned in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documentation and must arrive no later than 4pm on Thursday 28th August 2025.
