A large crowd gathered in Moville yesterday for a Teagasc farm walk.
The walk, one of several such events hosted by the agriculture and food development authority, was held at the farm of Thomas Hutchinson.
Amongst the guest speakers were Adam Woods from the Irish Farmers’ Journal, and representatives from Carn Vets.
Some of the topics up for discussion included the Beef Welfare 2025 and SCEP agriculutural schemes as part of the farm walk.
