The lotto numbers for this week were 6,9,10,22 and the match 3 winner was Tony Doherty, Annagry. Next weeks jackpot is €2,060. Sellers this week are Paddy McConnell and Paddy McGinty.

A Young Whistlers course to train new referees will take place shortly for anyone aged 16 or over interested in training as a referee. Please contact Paddy McGinty.

Anyone interested in doing a First Aid Course from Friday 20th May to Sunday 22nd May should contact Sharon Mc Ginty. Places are limited.

Bhuaigh an club an comórtas peil Ghaeltacht Dhún na nGall ar an deireadh seachtaine. Bhuaigh siad i gcoinne Gleanntaí sa chluiche ceannais agus Ghaoth Dobhair sa leath deiridh, comhghairdeas le gach duine ar an bhfoireann.

The Under 8’s took part in their first blitz in Newtowncunningham on Saturday. Two teams took part with each team winning 2 out of 3 games. A great time was had by all. Many thanks to Naomh Colmcille Gaa for their hospitality.

The Under 10’s will travel to St. Eunan’s on Saturday morning for the first game of their season. The bus will leave from the clubhouse at 10.45a.m.

The final week of the sponsored slim is approaching. The last weigh-in will take place on Wed 11th and the Grand Finale will take place in the Clubhouse on Friday 13th May from 7.30pm.

All members of the community are welcome to come along and see how well our slimmers have done over the last 8 weeks. A barbecue will be provided for all who attend. All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Many thanks to all our sponsors especially The Glasshouse Sligo who have provided us with our 1st prize.

The club are looking for stewards for the Ulster championship game on the 15th may against Antrim, anyone interested give their names to Barry McDaid or Paddy Tinney.

The club will have a concert on Friday May 6 featuring local talent. Anybody interested in taking part should contact Anne Farrell (0863150932) Sharon McGinty (0879210846) or Dan McDaid (0868618261).
