The British Milers Club meet in Watford at the weekend attracted a big entry of Irish athletes with plenty of PBs for the visitors.
Darren McBrearty (Letterkenny AC) was a good winner of the B 1,500m in a time of 3:42.68, a huge improvement on his previous best of 3:47.15, and also inside the standard for the European U23 championships.
