TODAY’S OBITUARY NOTICES – SUNDAY JUNE 19TH (UPDATED)

McLAUGHLIN

The death has taken place at the Buncrana Community nursing unit of Tessie McLaughlin, Old Post Office, Linsfort Buncrana. Remains are reposing at McLaughlin’s funeral home, Lower Main Street Buncrana. Viewing time from 5pm to 8pm this evening (Sunday). Removal from there on Monday at 12 noon going to her sister Bridget’s residence at 6 Crana View, Cockhill. Funeral from there on Tuesday morning at 11.30am going to the Star of the Sea Church, Dessertegney for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery

McGONIGLE

The death has occurred at Letterkenny General Hospital of Packie McGonigle, Doemore, Isle of Doe, Clonmany. His remains are reposing at his late residence. Funeral from this home on Tuesday, going to St Mary’s Church, Clonmany for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery

McLAUGHLIN

The death has occurred of Michael McLaughlin of Drumatrummon, Kerrykeel at St. James Hospital, Dublin. Deeply regretted by his brothers Daniel, John and Brendan, sisters Margaret and Cecelia, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at his late residence. Funeral arrangements later.

CAMPBELL

The death has occurred of Mickey Campbell, Burnfoot. Reposing at his niece, Mary Doherty’s residence, Crislamore. Removal tomorrow, Monday, at 10am to St. Mura’s Church, Fahan, for 11am requiem mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoning cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, in lieu, to Medical 1, Letterkenny General Hospital.

HAMILTON

The death has been announced of Alice Hamilton, Crucknagerragh, Dungloe. Reposing at her daughter, Kathleen Barrett’s residence in Crucknagerragh. Prayers today, Sunday, at 1.30pm, prior to removal to St. Crone’s Church of Ireland for Service at 2pm. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Dungloe Hospital Day Care for the Elderly.

FLOYD

The death has occurred of Una FLOYD of Shore Road, Dunkineely, Donegal. Removal today from Letterkenny General Hospital at 3pm to the home of her daughter, Susan Molloy, Cashelcarn, Kilcar. Removal on Sunday from her daughter’s residence to the Church of St. Joseph and St. Conal, Bruckless for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private on the morning of the funeral, please.
